You should look at your anchor text distribution! If your commercial keywords are dominating more so that branded keywords then you may want to either use your disavow tool in google. And also you can check on your back-link history and anchor text distribution to see how that os on https://ahrefs.com/
But there are lots of reason as you may not be ranking. First and foremost you should read the Google Guidelines and see if you are complying with that.
