Booked a named lady for 20:00, this was re-arranged to 21:00 (at the agency's request). A lady finally arrived at 21:00, I was told she'd been delayed by traffic. Was tired and drunk by this time an ready just to go to sleep, having sat by the phone in the hotel on my own for 2 hours. She wan't entirely at ease. Spent 90 mins mostly chatting in the hotel bar. Throughout I was polite, and paid in full as agreed. I still can't find out from the agency just what went wrong. exclusivecompany fed me any number of lies, for all I know one of their receptionists was drafted in at the last minute to collect the money. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but even having flown with Ryanair I've never been treated with such contempt (at least Ryanair are cheap).
